I help couples to realize how small changes from each individual result in big changes for the relationship and assist couples to hear one other again when they have stopped listening.  

Life Transitions

I use a holistic approach to help clients adapt to these changes by teaching them skills and strategies they can directly apply to their situations. Through this process they begin to understand themselves better and explore new ways of doing things and coping with the adjustment phase with less stress.  

Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, we increase insight into thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns. The goal is to achieve a better understanding of oneself to inspire positive change. I provide guidance and tools to help manage stress, interpersonal conflict, and challenging situations.

Couples Therapy
My approach for couples therapy focuses on repairing and/or strengthening relationships. In couples therapy, we work on communication, resolving conflicts, and how to compromise. I provide interventions to explore the root of the problem and pose real time solutions to apply to daily life.

Discovery of infidelity triggers a multitude of emotions which leads to a powerful sense of betrayal, rejection, and shame. I will validate and support both of you, helping you process and work through feelings of hurt, anger, sadness, and guilt. I help the couple identify and fix the flaws in their relationship that led to the affair.
